We do not guarantee any specific earnings or income from using the App. Actual earnings depend on your knowledge, participation, and quiz performance.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQ REWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IQ Reward.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or technical failures.

These Terms are provided in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
